Job Title: L1 – Healthcare (Fresher)
Location: Hyderabad (within 25 km of Manikonda office)

Role Overview
We are hiring entry-level Healthcare Associates to support backend healthcare operations. The role is suited for recent graduates with strong communication skills who are willing to work night shifts aligned to client time zones. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, review, and update healthcare records/data accurately as per SOPs

• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders

• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times

• Escalate issues/queries promptly and follow problem-resolution guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation year: 2020 to 2025 only

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree with valid supporting documents

• Residence: Must reside within a 25 km radius of Manikonda, Hyderabad

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English

• Shift: Willingness to work night shifts

Preferred Attributes

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace)

• Ability to learn processes quickly and follow SOPs
