• Training, consultancy, and advisory services in all areas of IT, including hardware, software, data communication, etc.
• Outsourcing services for various business processes across industries, including IT-enabled processes and data, voice, or video collection and processing.

• Non-voice processes
• Content moderation
• GIS mapping
• Digital marketing
• Managed data centers and technical centers
• Training centers
• Web support back office
• Business or financial analysis
• Scientific analysis, research work, and analysis
• Storage and disaster recovery
• Accounting, payroll, inventory management
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Enterprise resource planning (ERP) services
• Development of software, consultancy, software solutions, and services typically offered by outsourcing businesses, IT service providers, software development houses, and application service providers.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and cooperation to enable Forgebs to perform the services.
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary licenses or permits for the use of the services.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the services.
• You will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

Forgebs retains all ownership rights to its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and other materials. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as authorized under these Terms.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

Forgebs uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide quality services. However, Forgebs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Forgebs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate these Terms for any reason with written notice to the other party.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party.

9. Dispute Resolution
