Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated Academic Counselors (Program Advisors) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and driving admissions for online and in-class postgraduate management programs offered by leading universities and business schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with prospective students via cold calls, email campaigns, outreach programs, social media, and referrals
Guide students and working professionals in selecting appropriate management programs
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to assist candidates throughout the admission process
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Stay updated with industry trends and educational offerings to better counsel prospects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field
2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in EdTech, education, test prep, KPO/BPO, or inside sales)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Must have own laptop and mobile phone
