Role: Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high productivity and morale.
Target Achievement: Drive personal loan sales strategy to consistently achieve and exceed monthly business targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor team KPIs, lead conversion rates, and pipeline management.
Process Management: Oversee smooth customer onboarding, document collection, verification, and loan disbursement.
Market Expansion: Identify potential market opportunities and execute strategies to acquire new customers.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in team handling within the BFSI or Personal Loan sector.
Skills: Strong leadership, sales drive, communication, and team management capabilities.
